If you are a client of a cleaning company
Your cleaning company is your service provider. For your schedule, prices, invoices, refunds or a payment you made, contact the company directly: its name is in the messages you receive, and you can reply to them.
We can help with questions about the messages themselves, about this website, or about your personal information.
Stop messages

For cleaning companies
- Sign in at app.nextcleanapp.com.
- Forgot your password? Choose “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. We email a reset link from [email protected]; check your spam folder too.
- The owner manages the team, each person’s permissions and the company settings.
- The Help section inside the app answers common questions.
- For anything else, email us with your company name and, if you can, a screenshot.
The app and support are available in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Payments
Card payments to a cleaning company go to that company’s own Stripe account. Next Clean does not hold the money and cannot refund it; refunds and disputes are handled by the cleaning company.
Early access — pricing will be announced before any charge.
Privacy and data deletion
To see, correct or delete your personal information, read our Data deletion page or email us. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and our Terms of Service explain the rules for using Next Clean.
Security
To report a security problem, email [email protected] with “Security” in the subject. Describe what you found, but don’t include anyone’s personal information.
